Chaffee student art show opens

RUTLAND — The Chaffee Art Center last week opened its annual Student Art Show, featuring the talents of area students from both private and public schools, as well as home-schooled children who are in kindergarten through 12 grade.

This exhibit features a wide range of media, including but not limited to photography, ceramics, paintings, collages, and mixed media. The exhibit will be open through May 2.

The Chaffee Art Center, 16 S. Main St. in Rutland, is open: noon to 6 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays, noon to 5 p.m. Saturdays. For information, call 802-775-0356, or go online to www.chaffeeartcenter.org.
